We offer the following Passport Services:

CHARGES
Basic Service Charge : NT$2500.00
Passport Service Charge: In actuals as charged by the Indian Consulate In HK.
In Case of application for various Passport Services, please follow the instructions as below:
1) PASSPORT RENEWAL & MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES:

Form to be filled - E..A.(P)-2 (Miscellaneous Service Form) |

5 Passport Size Photographs required. 1 to be pasted on the form and with signature signed across. Please put your signature on the back of all the remaining 4 photographs. |

Please make sure that the Passport Expiry date does not have (F) on your passport. For e.g. Passport with expiry date 20-Dec-2000 can be Renewed. However Passport with expiry date 20-Dec-2000(F) means final. In this case, you need to make a New Passport (see below for details of New Passport). |

Taiwan ARC Copy (COMPULSORY) |

Original Passport (along with any old previously held passports) to be submitted. |
2) NEW PASSPORT (after Final Renewal)

Form to be filled - E..A.(P)-1 (Indian Passport Application Form) |

4) NEW PASSPORT (in lieu of Lost/Passport):

5) PIO CARD:

This is a SPECIAL service and our Service Charge for PIO Card is NT$5000.00 |
